At 5.30 we headed to Gardens by the Bay and met up with our good friends Tim & Alissa and their kids who are similar aged to ours. We had dinner at Satay Street and then watched the light show at the supertrees. It was a fantastic night 🤩

Day 2 - Singapore
It was an early start today thanks to Charlie walking me up at 5.30 watching YouTube! We had a quick bfast at the capsule hostel and then walked to our next hotel the Furama Riverfront. We left our bags there and caught a taxi to the bird park. It was very nice and also VERY HOT and humid! My favourite were the flamingos of course 🙂 We watched a bird show, chilled out in the coolness of the discovery centre, Charlie did an Easter egg hunt in the waterfall aviary and Lock complained non stop til we bought him food. We didnt stay as long as I had planned and decided to head back to the hotel to have a swim. We were given a free room upgrade so we have a underwater themed kids room with bunk beds and an xbox, boys are in heaven 😂
